Returns:
Please read all the listing information before placing your order. As we are a very small operation, returns or exchanges are highly discouraged, but we want you to love our product! Please get in touch if you have any issues and we will work something out. If the soap foil pack is damaged or the dispensers are damaged or not functioning we will refund with a store credit via a discount code. If damage occurred on shipping please include a photo of the box in your email. We will generally accept returns within 10 days. Except for damaged or non functioning product you are responsible for return postge. Contact [email protected].

Your privacy matters to us. SunSeed Soap will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. Any email or other personal information is strictly held confidential by SunSeed Soap. Our shop has SSL which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Paypal or Venmo.
